Your self-check result is available. We can use it as a starting point during the call.
What we will discuss
Pin down what is happening and what still needs to be understood.
We will look at the concern itself, the information already available and whether further investigation would be useful.
01 / WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE
What is happening?
We will start with the change, pattern or unresolved issue that prompted the call, and why it matters now.
02 / WHAT YOU KNOW
What evidence already exists?
We will consider the customer, operational and commercial information you already have, along with the gaps that are making the issue difficult to explain.
03 / WHAT FOLLOWS
What should happen next?
The answer may be a formal assessment, a smaller internal review, a specific action or no further work for now.
Before the call
You do not need to prepare a presentation.
Come with a basic understanding of the concern and why it matters. That is enough for the first conversation.
A few questions worth considering
- What changed, underperformed or stopped making sense?
- Where in the customer journey is the problem most visible?
- What do you know for certain, and what are you still assuming?
- What decision are you trying to make?
What should I have at hand?
A broad picture is enough: what the organisation does, the concern you have noticed, any visible change in performance and the teams or systems involved. We will only request detailed records if we agree that further work is needed.
Does booking commit the organisation to an assessment?
No. Booking the call does not commit the organisation to an assessment. We will use the conversation to decide whether the issue needs further investigation and whether an assessment is the right way to do it.
What happens next
What happens after you choose a time.
You will provide a little context when booking. We will only ask for detailed information if we agree that further work would be useful.

Decide what follows
You should leave with a view on whether the concern needs further investigation and what form that should take.
No obligation
The useful answer may be that an assessment is unnecessary.
The call is worthwhile only if it helps clarify the issue. When a formal assessment would add little, we will say so and suggest a more suitable next step.
